Sunset Classics has one new artist signed to the label,
Steve Tilleli. And, Sunset Jazz Recordings has one
artist signed to the label, Don Ward.
The label group releases
and distributes classical and jazz re issue
titles, re mastered material, specialty sets
(Menus and Music Series), boxed sets,
soundtracks, movie scores
Sunset is one of the leading
independent record labels and entertainment
companies in the world.
The label has a global
operation that acquires, develops, and distributes
popular recording artists, home visual
entertainment products, online-digital
entertainment technologies and music for
filmed entertainment worldwide.
The company opened its doors in the middle
of 2006 with Sunset Strategic Marketing (SSM)
and Sunset Home Visual Entertainment (SHE)
releasing licensed CDs and DVDs. Sunset
Records, Sunset Classics, Sunset Music
Publishing, Sunset Live, Radio Sunset and
Tropical Records started operations in 2007.
Sunset Urban Records released its first new
artist in May 2008. Sunset Connect (Digital
Label) and Sunset Jazz Recordings has begun
releasing new artists releases in 2009.
The
Breast Cancer Research Foundation will receive a
donation of 2% of proceeds from the sale of each Dinner
Music Series CD. The Foundation guarantees that 85% of
all funds raised goes directly to research initiatives
to find "a cure in our lifetime."
